WCA displays gross realized profits and gross open trade equity only within its Live Update display windows. To view net performance for all accounts based on standardized subscription fees and commission rates available from any authorized broker, click on our Net-Profit Calculator link, which can be found next to each program and on all trade screens. WCA asks potential subscribers to carefully evaluate the costs that will affect the overall performance of its programs, including but not limited to brokerage commissions, exchange fees and WCA subscription fees.

WCA subscriptions are available only to individuals who maintain Leader-Follower™ AutoTrade™ trading service accounts at authorized brokers. Authorized-broker designation is determined by WCA and may change from time to time without notice. In addition to the Live Update subscription fees specified in the Subscribe section, each subscriber is charged a single $20 monthly WCA membership fee, regardless of how many accounts the subscriber follows. Upon entering a program, the first month's Live Update subscription fee is prorated; subsequent months are paid in full on the first of each month. Prorated refunds are not available when canceling a subscirption before the end of a pre-paid month. At its discretion, WCA reserves the right to terminate subscriptions at any time.

Trades discussed, recommended, displayed, or executed by an advisor participating on the WCA site may not be representative of all the trades entered by or on behalf of the advisor in all the accounts of the advisor. The trading strategies employed by traders in the World Cup Trading Championships® (WCTC) may be different from those used by the traders in giving trading advice or managing accounts for others. Accounts trading in the WCTC may be subject to margins and commission rates different from those charged accounts they advise or manage, or from accounts traded by those relying on their advice. WCTC accounts do not necessarily represent all the trading accounts controlled by a given competitor. WCTC competitors may control accounts that produce results substantially different than the results achieved in their WCTC accounts.

Any trade displayed on WCA is taken solely at subscriber's risk and does not carry any guarantee of profitability or success. WCA and its employees do not assume liability of any kind for any trading decision or results made in reliance on the information provided. Subscriber acknowledges that all trading decisions are his or her own and are done solely at subscriber's risk.

Site visitors and subscribers assume full responsibility for all gains and losses, emotional or otherwise, incurred in their trading activities. Neither WCA nor its employees, affiliates, or content providers shall be liable to site visitors, subscribers, or any third party for any direct or indirect damages arising out of use of the website's services. In the event Subscriber breaches of any of the foregoing terms or conditions, the damages of WCA will be difficult to ascertain, and accordingly WCA shall be entitled to recover from Subscriber, as liquidated damages and not as a penalty, the sum of $5,000 per month for each and every month or portion thereof in which any such breach continues.
